Recently I wrote a goggle Knol entitled "Halloween Yard Haunts 2009" which was about NaxiaYata and two small ghouls - a vampire (Katie Pressley) and a witch (Breanna Idol)- that went out exploring yard and home haunts located in Richmond County North Carolina on this Halloween 2009.

OK it's been awhile since I posted anything here but, who's been by to read what NaxiaYata has to say anyways? I'm a figuring not many if any. Still I really want to get this Blog thing a going in the right direction some day in the near future. With all the time I spend on web design, searching the net and working on sinister things... well you'd think that I could post a few interesting things from time to time. This is one of those times I guess.
So what's up with NaxiaYata? Am I pissed off again? And whom will I carry to their demise soon?
Well Halloween is just around the corner and I so love this time of the year. Sitting around with colors of orange, black and purple spiraling through my mind. Blood splattering against the walls and slow bleeding victims screaming for escape would be more to my liking. I don't find the cute bunny rabbit costumes very interesting... then again, the older adult females portraying playboy bunnies wets my pallet for fresh meat every time. They are usually easy prey also. Always thinking that there big strong boy friend will some how protect them from the undead like me. Foolish souls they are.
Anyhow I been working hard on the http://HauntinglyHaunted.co.cc web site and trying to get more things up on the site. Things like the http://hauntinglyhaunted.co.cc/gore-and-death section where you'll find some images that may haunt you.
Currently I'm working on new MySpace comments using flash to promote Hauntingly Haunted. Like the one I just posted at DeviantART and I'll try to show you below if I can get the right code in here for it to show up.

I wasn't in goog hands with Allstate!
Maybe I have a different view or should I say angel of view of Allstate Insurance. A view that many may over look in their fight to make money or to win the lottery so to speak. I'm still dealing with chronic pain that keeps me from seeking employment. I have no job, no money, no medical insurance and no helping hands or am I in anybodies GOOD HANDS. Especially Allsnakes.
Allstate or any insurer should have the right to fight those who seek to underhandedly gain from their claims or their false puffed up claims. But, should that right allow them to beat up some one like me who has not even thought of taking them to the bank. I only wanted rightful compensation for my damages. Compensation that I should have been entitled to.
Isn't that why we have insurance?
During my ordeal with Allstate I discovered that they were trying to beat me out of any claim all together. There agents lied and tried to trick me. It was evident that they wanted me to simply go away. It did not seem to matter if I was injured or if that injury went on unattended. I barley got them to pay anything like the med pay.
I'm all to aware of the stall tactics that took up all most three years of my life before I was informed that the statue of limitations was running out. That I needed to file a law suite with in less than two weeks or I would have no case against Allstate. My attorney whom I will not mention here informed me of this while I was incarcerated in the Richmond county jail here in North Carolina.
Before you judge me hear me out please!
He also told me that he no longer represented me in my case and that his advice was for me to find another lawyer to pick up the case and file the law suite before it was to late. I was incarcerated with only one way to reach a new attorney. And that would be to write one. With only a short time to do this it was or seemed to be clearly impossible to achieve. I asked if he could file the lawsuit and then I would seek another to pick it up. His reply was no. I wonder now if Allstate compensated him some way for ditching me.
So Allstate won!
I went away... after they beat up on me for years and now I live with chronic pain, my life seems to be destroyed and I now do things that I never thought... that I would ever do. Maybe I could have made some better decisions but, as a passenger in the back seat of a rental car I would think that in the great state of North Carolina that I would have been insured. That I could have gotten proper medical treatment. That I would not have been made to feel that I was some kind of criminal for wanting back what I lost. That I wouldn't have lost my homes, my car, my ability to work and or generally the life style I had worked so hard for.
Some look at me now and can't understand why I am where I'm at or why my life has changed so much.
I only started speaking of a larger settlement after I saw how Allstate was trying to beat me out of anything. How they tried to trick me. And now as I read about there tactics I can see how they dropped me through those Good hands and they did it on purpose.
I only wanted to be taken care of. There are many different reasons that I have been unable to receive proper medical treatment for my injuries. But the largest one major fact is that... I have no money to pay for that treatment.
Wasn't that supposed to be Allstate's, as the insurer, responsibility? I didn't need a fender fixed. I didn't need someone else s fender fixed. I needed and still need me fixed.
I didn't really want their money. I wanted and still want my life back.

Devil knows I need...
Its the middle of July hot as hell and the fireworks, hotdogs, body limbs and ice creme are all over. All I've got left now is beer and some curdled blood . No... you cant have some! The “spoiled blood” I mean... of course you can have a beer, swing on by.
I'm working on a new NaxiaYata video called “NaxiaYata will live again” for this 2009 Halloween season and hope to go live on YouTube in a few days! Also been updating all my spaces on the World Wide Web that's the... www., Internet, Net, online, and doing the dot com thing, in case you guys forgot what it is.
Anyways... I hope that you guys will visit all my new and improved pages from MySpace to YouTube and all sorts of things in between and maybe I can get some new contacts that way.
Devil knows I need some new faces in my life... few legs to crawl between would be nice too! Most of the older ones are just fading into some kind of never land where they never talk, never message or never show any love to me anymore. Well that's allgood... I'll just pay some of you a visit late one night and drain you dry! Always needing someone to bleed you know.

What... You know Zombies or those of us recently returned from the dead only have rotten deteriorated paper in our pockets. So you should donate and send me some new fresh budget money right away please!

Welcome foolish souls...
New to blogs but, I'll be sure to try something devilish on you guys.So what I'm I into these days and more importantly these nights?
Blistering Rock-n-roll that upsets your mental abilities to grasp reality. Although I also enjoy spiritually up lifting meditating Ballard's that stroke my mind. Screaming guitar and nasty grunge that makes one feel strong and in control of the uncontrollable. Something like...

Second choices would be anything entertaining that can lay something palatable upon my tongue and brain. Basically if it makes me want to get up and move, sing, bang my head and or kill something then its got my attention.
I also enjoy Yard haunts, Haunted Houses and Haunted Attractions. These are places where I can find a never ending fresh supply of non suspecting victims. Those that I can torment in ways that only something from a dark sinister purgatory could understand or withstand. Basically I love Halloween because its the only time of the year when I truly get to come out and play.

NaxiaYata Will Live Again
I enjoy building web sites that attract people to come and be apart of something that usually only hides within their fears. Something that they would not expect and something so dark and devious that they become torn from their false beliefs of a safe reality. A reality that really doesn't exist at all. I love to witness their discovery of my dark reality when they learn that they have crossed the barriers that they didn't think they could fall into. A reality that coexist with other demented souls that have escaped from the pits of a hell that stretches beyond all imagination.
